She runs with her family 3 medical clinics as well as a wellness center. Sara is currently completing her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She has been working in the medical field since she was 16 and worked alongside various physicians to gain knowledge in western medicine as well. Brenda Hershey is an author, international humanitarian and Trauma Recovery Yoga (TRY) Global's Managing Director. She became a certified TRY instructor in 2019 and had been teaching the classes regularly when she experienced her very own “big T” trauma.
Residing in Iraqi-Kurdistan, Brenda is currently conducting an official research study investigating the impact of TRY on the trauma symptoms of survivors of genocide and local humanitarians.

Shereen Yusuff is a Wim Hof breath coach who helps others dig deep in order to understand their true identity. She began her journey in 2016 after undergoing ACL surgery and realized she was unable to experience life as vigorously as she wanted so decided to delve more into breathwork, and is now certified in both the Wim Hof Method & Buteyko Method.
To date she has opened a studio of her own and hosts workshops throughout the year where she shares her knowledge with as many people as she can.
